Robin Kershaw - Founder ... Robin's career spans script development, film production and sales. He co-founded TV sales agent Platform TV in 1999 and was simultaneously head of marketing for Amadeus Music, a music production company whose clients included Ford and Bacardi. Apart from his work at XTVN he now works full-time in development, teaching screenwriting and script-consulting for a number of international companies and individuals. A true filmmaker's filmmaker, he has made in excess of forty shorts, corporates and music promos and worked in virtually every role on film crews over the past twenty years. His own screenplays cross genres such as sci-fi, psychological thriller and zom-com and his most recent sold option is for an historical epic about the birth of the SAS during World War II.

A long-time follower of trends in media industries, Robin began XTVN in 2008 to explore "by doing" new developments in digital production and online marketing and distribution.
